Comfortable and pampered
Good food. Great service. Exceptional location. The staff members were helpful. The spa was good, too.
The restaurants were good but expensive. Breakfast was not included in the room price, something we missed out totally. It made the overall bill quite high.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the sink. Also, didn't like that the separate toilet has no wash basin.

Center of the places and airport, the car services with Fouad was great. Was the newest location and with our requiment as next day will travel home.

Good location in Casablanca
Good location in front of Medina.....old hotel but acceptably maintained. Room service is good as is service. Spacious sitting areas in the lobby to sit and meet. Rooms are spacious with a good walk in shower facility. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Some of the issues include the separate toilet area from the bathroom. They are adjacent and some work could be done to integrate this old design. Another issue is that the curtains do not close easily or well letting in light in the morning.
